It would be shocking if half of it were true. I spotted five errors in the first fifteen seconds.
1. You can use telephone check-in on all fares
2. You can get seat assignment using this method, without charge
3. You can always use ticket desks for check-in
4. Priority disembarkation...nothing to do with fare (or indeed cabin on remote stands)
5. Seating priority...well the unofficial seat block still exists for Golds, IME...
