Spoon is the only "bad" restaurant at the IC (ex-Regent). Their other restaurants are superb. Spoon is still good but not as good as elsewhere and over-priced. Pen is much better for the same price point, or stick to Yu which I still think is one of the finest seafood restaurants in the world (definitely in the top 10, along with Le Bernardin in NYC).
