I actually had club 2000 status a few years ago, but I never received a card or other information. The purser would thank me for being on the flight, and was occasionaly upgraded, but no other advantages compared to F+ rouge. Was flying weekly CDG-TRN-CDG back then, but have apparently lost my "lifetime" membership Did maintain my F+ rouge status without flying much until FB downgraded me to silver. Unfortunately this year's CDG-NRT JAL flights don't count towards status.
