My SFO-HNL mileage run was ticketed today (24,457 miles + bonus miles for $395.80!). It's tagged "ANY CHANGE CFL APPLIES;CHANGE FEE/CFL APPLIES." What does this mean?

EDITED TO ADD: The title should read CHANGE, not Change... take you for not pointing out my error (this means you fly co!) .
