There are no cheap seafood restaurants near the Mark Hopkins.

However, you might consider Swan Oyster Depot (lunch only) on Polk St or Tadich Grill on California St. Neither is <$10 but they serve fresh quality products.

For really good deals on fish you have to go into the neighborhoods. You are welcome to PM me if you want more info on some of my favorites.

P.S. Helpful hint: Don't use the word Frisco after you get off the plane.
