I have the definite impression from postings on FT and from several overheard (hard not to!) angry conversations in the London Lounge that SK is one of the most rigid, unbending, unaccommodating airlines nowadays. As to actual service on board, my last SK flights were of the intra-Europe low-fare-so-let's-cram-em-in-the-back-and-charge-em($4!)-for-water variety, so enough said there. I do remember a lovely overseas flight in C, but that was a good 10 years ago.
