The fact that BA are letting this continue is inexcusable - as I mentioned yesterday - our office are cancelling flights with BA and moving to Virgin - I know of at least 8 people who have now done this so far - with memos advising all staff to do the same being issued.

I am flying on a F 241 in 3 weeks - so will not be able to change airline - but am going to be more than a little p1ssed off if they don't have it resolved by then. Flying F is more to just getting a flat bed - I paid for the complete service - something I am unlikely to now get.

Do BA care - I think not - they are just passing the buck - they really need to get this sorted - or they will head the same way as Rover - I for one will be making my last BA flight in 3 weeks time - my company is currently moving everyone off BA (all long haul is J flexible tickets) - how many other companies are doing the same?
