By the way, earlier up, someone posted that screw cap wines were "cheap". More correctly known as a Stelvin closure, they're better than corks on any wine to be drunk young and probably on old ones too (although i'd have thought drinking tepid Pinot Grigio was quite a cheap thing to do personally )
