One of the most disgraceful things is this:

Please note: Any customers who wish to change their travel plans, whose flight is operating, must now abide by the rules of the ticket purchased.
I.e. if you're not on a flexible ticket then get stuffed. I'm flying LHR-LAX in CW in 2 weeks time and it looks increasingly unlikely that there'll be any food on board. I'm getting increasingly incredulous that BA haven't got any contingency plans, knowing as they did that GateGourmet was teetering on the brink of bankruptcy even before the illegal walk-out. I was seriously thinking of cancelling my CW ticket and buying a cheapy economy on another airline, I would save myself considerable £££'s and get some food on board. Alas, doesn't look like I have that option, due to BA's disgraceful commercial policy (I can accept it for short-haul, but for an 11 hour flight it is a joke).
