Couldn't justify the membership based on the nature of the LAX club.

The best thing about T2 is that you can run through security with an elite card. This keeps wait times to a min.
Yeah, it could use some TLC but then it's in the same condition as other outlying business hubs (BOS, DCA).

The TSA people are very good at looking for your Gold/Plat status to get you to the fast line....I've been very impressed with them on this one item.

OK just sent a email to nwa.com....hopefully if enough of us.....well....it's always worth a try....

Finally, how is it that I finally get to move to a city with a WC (LAX) and then they cut back?!?!? I mean dang....plus I usually take the red-eyes out. I'm a little surprised since the red-eyes, or any flight for that matter, how hard it is to get an EUA that it can't support the WC kept open for the late flights....DANG Air new Zealand! Where are they moving to?

I think that NW investment in renewing the clubs would help attract revenue such as those provided by Air NZ at LAX and Virgin at BOS. If they keep on letting it go....so does the revenue....I guess it's kind of like the argument of AA's fleet maintanance base in Tulsa.
