Thank you for the QF FT'rs who advised me re the SYD TG checkin.
- Have you seen or received any kind of an upgrade from Y?
(My lowly ROP status won't help; it is a Saturday afternoon departure, which may help).
- Should I do a dummy booking on the morning of the flight to check if this is the case?
- Do you think that if my travel agent asks ROP to note in my booking that I'm flying to my own wedding in Ireland, that this may help when the checkin person accesses my booking?
- Any other strategies other than the note in the system and checking in relatively late?
- Anyone else on TG0996 on Aug20?
I will be the 34yo Aussie in a suit, at the end of the checkin queue, with a huge grin and a buzzcut haircut
