Holy Crap! What a pathetic story. That letter is lame. BA's response to all of this is unconscionable. There is so much more they could be doing, especially for premium passengers, if only they wanted to. This near-total disregard for the needs and comfort of top-paying customers boggles the mind. I just don't get it.
