I pity Indian Airlines
Just saw this post on IC's website for cabin crew recruitment. I was little surprised to see that there is a strict quota enforcement on the selection of candidates just like any other government job. If cabin crew recruitment has such restrictions, I wonder how the other departments might be constrained too ! This really tells how much Govt. regulations IC has to overcome and still compete with the private and other international carriers.
Applications are invited from Indian Nationals (UNMARRIED Female and Male) for the posts of CABIN CREW/TRAINEE CABIN CREW to fill up the following vacancies and to form panel for future requirements . In addition, the post carries benefits such as Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension, Medical facilities, free/concessional air passages etc.
