I suspect Emigrant will raise their rates to 3.75% soon, following the Fed's rate hike last week. That's probably why ING raised theirs. Presidential Online Bank raised their savings rates to 3.87% (but the account has a $5000 minimum), so Emigrant should follow shortly if historical trends remain accurate.

I'm hoping Emigrant will institute a sign-up bonus soon... but since they have a higher rate than ING, I'll probably end up "losing" money if I wait too long.
