I think I just read that PHL sold all the bonds they needed to start refurbishing D-E. Supposedly, some additional gates at the end of E, and a behind-security like between B-C are in the works (as well as reworked checkpoints). Not sure I've heard any deadline though.

There was also a rumor that Delta and Northwest would be moving to A concourse, supposedly to free up gates for Southwest to expand into. I think America West is in D now, I'd tend to think they'll probably be be gone one they begin the merging with USAirways.
