I was put straight through to an EXP agent just as others have described. I love this. An EXP agent answered promptly and I avoided having to scream my AA# at the automated system. I hope it stays broken for a while.

I always complain about the IVR to the agent hoping the call is taped. I usually have to give it again anyway after the machine accepts it.
Did you know if you use an obscenity with the IVR it will hang up on you?
