There is not much change on SQ's Business service when they downgrade to 772.
The price is good because of competition, not because of low demand. There are 4 airlines serving this route, CI (747), BR (747), MH (747) and SQ (777). You are talking about 6-7 flights a day. As far as I know, CI and BR's business class are always near capacity.
