Just had this happen when I called the EXP line a few minutes ago. I asked the agent, and he said that portion of their system had been down the last 2 days. I told him that I was kind of glad, as I usually had a hard time getting it to recognize me. He said he misses it because he can then automatically see who he's talking to.
