Direct or on the Nonstop? If you are on the nonstop you are on an A346, there is the forward J cabin and the J cabin behind the galley. The forward J cabin is better (especially at boarding if they use the second set of doors coach walks through the J cabin aft of the galley).
We all have preferences. I personally recommend the middle row of two seats (D&G) anything from row 12-16. You will be on an isle and not have to worry about anyone needing to climb over you during flight.
