I have had a few free upgrades at the airport from Economy to Business on TG flights whilst holding a ROP Gold card.
Never though when I had booked a particular seat in Economy for that flight!
Does anyone know if this was just pure bad luck, or if Thai upgrades first ROP members who did not book a particular seat?
