phone calls going straight to agents?
Have they killed the "voice response unit?"
The past few times I've called the AA PLT number, my calls have gone straight to agents rather than the AAdvantage number voice prompt (after I have hit "4" and "2.")
No complaints whatsoever -- just curious if others have experienced this...
