Some sale UA or AA had on IIRC and saved them about $200.
I've had clients do this to one of my team too, some years ago. I billed them for the extra time which came to about 3 times as much as the saving (and gave the guy a day off in compensation). It was paid, never mentioned, and they never asked to do the travel arrangements again !
