LAX-TPE and SFO-ICN raffles have often been discounted at those rates. It seems that premium traffic is relatively weak for those routes or at least so in comparison to LAX-NRT or SFO-HKG. That's why LAX-TPE and SFO-ICN are served with the 772 while LAX-NRT and SFO-HKG gets the 744.
