P.S The actual text says, "Series 0 Upgrades: Elite members may upgrade from any fare class. All other members may use miles to upgrade when flying on Y, H, K, N, or B fares."
So an elite member can get a first class upgrade on on any (domestic) flight where a reward seat is available for the price of the lowest-priced seat in coach plus the onepass miles required for the reward. Is that correct?
