And the entire CRJ-700 and Embraer 170 fleet is F/E+/E so as long as IAD-JAX is served with either of those planes, you'll enjoy the better seating (and in the case of the 170, almost mainline-sized overheads).
However, if IAD-JAX is served by a CRJ-200, then you're still shafted.
