Alberto Fujimoro was a citizen of Japan while President of Peru, not that he stands out as a sterling example of virtue.
It doesn't bother me in the slightest that the GG holds dual or even multiple citizenship. After all, you don't have to go that far back to find that Canadain GGs were citizens of Great Britain.
I think her value will be in how she behaves, not where she comes from.
