I redeemed My Points for the $75.00 cert, and had no problem using it on an international flight. It was paper, and I had to go to the airport to use it.I'm sorry, but I don't remember if there was a minimum fare,. The class of tickets that it could be used for is specified on the site, I believe.
I was very happy with it because I so rarely get discount coupons for international flights.
