I think the new direct revenue would be minimal. However, it could do a lot to persuade business travelers to go for WN. An oft heard complaint is that they don't want to be part of the cattle call. Let them board early, and they might join the converts. Business travelers are often on full-fare tickets anyway. (A concequence of frequent last-minute booking.) Allowing free changes and early boarding, all for the same price as a legacy's restricted fare could really help. however, greater access and prominence in corporate travel agent's GDS would be even more important.
