BTW this is basically the 'Wings' fare. I booked it ex-Bangkok last summer and was able to do BKK-NRT-EWR-BDL-UIO-PTY-SDQ=EWR-AMS=IST-AMS-DEL-SXR-DEL-MAA-KUL-BKK
I've done the first four segs so far, and will complete the rest in june/July-- I used the Business Class fare and it's been great so far.
