And let's not talk about checking in at ORD Friday evening. Two agents working the 1K/UGS/Int'l F line. I waited in line for 25 minutes before I asked the line woman to get some help. At that time I counted 21 people in line behind me. She looked at me like I was crazy. So I got on the phone and called the UGS line in DTW to have them call UGS at ORD to get some help. "Sorry, Mr. iluv, all I'm getting is an answering machine at ORD." (Hmmm. perhaps it was my fault - I was travelling Int'l and perhaps all the agents were scrambling for milk and pillows.)
Someone's getting a little jaded...
