How can I tell if my e-ticket is transferable?
For the past few days I've been trying to change my inbound flight in WT+ LHR-IAH by one day in MMB (we depart IAH-LHR on Weds touch wood)
After selecting the date I want to travel on, a red message comes up saying 'there is an error, contact your booking agent' or something....
How do I know if I can change my ticket at all? It doesn't seem to say anything on the e-ticket (booked at ba.com) and I know the phone lines are going to be jammed at BA!
I'm rambling....
