What I really intended is that in the recent future we are all witnesses to a big RA referral business...
Just thinking of that guy on CC trying to get like 6 of them...
I do agree that who qualifies for RA gets a referral to hand to a friend/relative/colleague, but really think that the referred person shouldn't get one.
