You can hang it here Dear? I have recently heard

JetSet
Snowbird (both in UK airspace)
Springbok (SAA?)

A propos of nothing, I was told that other day that when CDG opened in 74, they had to insist that the TWA crews called it "Charles de Gaulle" as they insisted on calling it "Charley Tower" . ATC feared confusion with Orly Tower.
What was BCal? Tartan? Bagpipes?
