I was also at this location on August 8. It was not fully booked because my friend made a walk-up reservation on that day.

But I have to agree its a good location and worth staying at. Its right across the street from the beach and within walking distance from State Street. Since I was there for one night, I didn't get to expeierence any of the hotels features, but in general everything went very well there.
