After 5-years of working in downtown Newark, I second that emotion.
Sorry to bust your bubble, but have never flown CO out of LGA - only EWR. I honestly think I was targetted b/c (a) flying mainly on business, I generally pay higher than average fares (including a few extra-ordinarily absurd ones I never woulda paid for myself), and (b) I flew a bit less on CO this year than last (mainly due to exorbitant fares), and they may have been trying to win me back. In fact, I even got the offer at fewer trips than I think most people got...but I have no idea how that bit was calculated.
