Hi,

i found a fare for a friend who is going to Phuket (HkT) from Germany.

Flights after Christmas this year are incrediblly full from most european locations.

so i went to expedia.de and tried DUS/MUC - HKT.
Than the cheapest SQ fare is 1396 Euro.

But if you click on book, the fare changes to 1100 .

Booking class is M , so it will earn 100% mileage.
the flight includes

Germany- FRA- SIN- HKT (silk air with SQ flight number)
HKT- SIN - FRA- German city

this flight will earn you around 15K status and award miles in most of the Star carrier programs.

As cheap flights to BKK are almost sold out, i thought it might be helpful for some people.

NOW the important thing, there are seats available for the outbound 24-29.12 (which is peak for travel in december)
and inbound 05-08 available for the return.

i did not find any fare which allowed return in the first week of january.
