Cheapest is LGW-MAN-LGW for a total 138.40GBP. Look on BA.com for a combination of 9GBP one way and 86GBP the other which is an N class / H class combination giving you the 20 TPs you want.
N.B. as the H class segment will give you the TPs you need for Silver it might be worth making that your outbound segment then trying for lounge access on the basis of your newly achieved status on the return - no idea if it will work - but good luck!
