When you check fares on aa.com, it will show you the fare codes if you click on the "Detailed Fare Rules" link on the price page. That said, from what I can gather, the fare codes for the one-ways are going to be discount, rather than deep discount.

The DEN-STL-ORD-JAX comes up as V and W, for example, but there is also a DEN-MIA-JAX that is about $100 cheaper, also in the V and W buckets. And the LGA-DFW-DEN you are looking at is a full Y (which will earn 1.5 Q-points per mile), but there is also an LGA-ORD-DFW-DEN for about $400 that is all in V.

Based purely upon speculation, it seems like you will pass the 3575 Q-point mark at some point on the 8/18 trip to DEN. Again, though, that cannot be confirmed without knowing exactly what the fare codes are.
