The rules summary I have says:

Long delays
For delays of :

- >2hrs for a <1500km flight
- >3hrs for longer flights within the EU and all other flights >1500 but <3500km
- >4hrs for >3500km flights outside the EU

airline must provide:

- meals and refreshments
- hotel accommodation when necessary (incl. transfer)
- communication facilities

- >5hrs is a full refund (with free flight back to departure point if relevant)

So in short, no. And given the recent events, I'd say now is not the time to be complaining about a mere 2hr delay!

I had a similar delay coming back from BLQ in CE 2 weeks ago. I was seriously unimpressed when I boarded, especially as it was so hot and we'd just been sat on a bus for 20mins for no reason All thoughts of complaints, compensation or anything bad at all disappeared instantly when the truly excellent service commenced though, thankfully! I arrived back at LGW perfectly relaxed and happy
