Lost Flight Plan, delay, compensation?
Hi all. Was recently flying back from Ibiza in CE. Had just over a 2 hour delay due to a) initial delayed incoming arrival due to plane technical problems and then, b) lost flight plan by Spanish ATC. Any ideas if this situation would get compensation?
