I know there is a plethora of other Ameniti threads, but I couldn't find an appropriate one to post this in. I was wondering if anybody was successful in using the 15% Duty Free World coupon that came in their membership kit. It was on the same flyer as the Bonzo (sp?) organizer, at the bottom. There is no coupon code on it and it simply says "Take 15% off your Duty Free Purchase on your next United flight" or something like that. On a recent flight the FA's and purser had no idea what to do with it, so suggested I contact Ameniti to get a partial refund. I've contacted Ameniti but haven't heard back. Anyone been successful in using these? Thanks!
