Not really... flybmi.com are offering 3000 miles per stay at any hotel booked via website. If they were to stay at a hilton property thats another 1000 miles per stay so in total only 3 hilton stays each between now and may. Most hiltons have summer offers for about £60/night.
The easy way is definately the mbna credit card. 20,000 miles without even leaving the house. Ive just got my mum to sign up to top up her account so she'll have enough miles for a J ticket to LAX.
