I am not sure I understand the motivation of this question. It does not look like a "service" related issue to me. Simply a passenger being a "jerk". It doesn't help that there is a legacy of denigration of women in the Japanese society (amongst other societies) that some men still follow in this day and age to lead to such behavior. I think one month of jail time is too lenient in these cases regardless of the nationality of the passenger.

Perhaps the solution is for CO and CX to swap their FAs. Such businessmen will get broken noses and CO customers will get great service. Sorry, just kidding.
