The "priority waitlist" was the same waitlist that I was put on (as I looked up my Galileo Booking online) when I purchased a V class fare and tried to upgrade in the 4-day window. I assume you would probably be at the top of the list so would still get priority over the Es and SEs upgrading at the window.
