I am someone who has opened my mouth too much the last couple days. Credibility I'm not worried about. I sincerely apologize if anyone was offended by anything I said. I'm going to keep my distance. I'm proud of Southwest and I have been letting that influence my emotions, which I realize can reflect poorly on the company as well as myself.
