(a) likely do not read FT
(b) are likely able to spot the same behaviors, dress, traits, and ankles as we have.
If this is considered a breach of national security, then the guys dressing in Hawaiian shirts should be considered breaches as well for being so obvious and traditional in their approach to protecting us.
