You might be able to do this with the Citibank AAdvantage Business Card. You can call 1.888.662.7759 to apply (you get 7,500 bonus miles when you do). Their customer service people can then tell you how to set-up your payroll onto the card. I seriously doubt that the phone reps at the application centre would be able to you how so you might meed to make the desicion to apply first.
