I am fairly certain that a motion will be made and seconded. Whether it receives the 2/3rds majority remains to be seen. Quite honestly, while I would like to see it I am very doubtful.
Note to other posters on this thread: From the moment that the motion is made and seconded, until such time as the vote is finished, it will be against TalkBoard rules for any member to comment publicly on it. Hence, you will see nothing from either Spiff or myself posted here.
At the completion of the vote, Spiff will announce the results on Town Hall (and here, too, if he choses). While you will be able to see who voted for and who voted against or abstained, no TalkBoard member will be free to report what any other member said during the debates.
