Most of the BA staff at YYZ I've encountered were brilliant. I've flown out of YYZ many times.
The last week, I was to fly out of YYZ the day the AF plane crashed, and instead, flew out the following day. The staff handled the problems (delays, cancellations, angry passengers) in a fantastic manner - they kept their cool under pressure, and smiled and were friendly at "un-angry" passengers.
Notably, Linda, the Customer Service Manger, seems to run the show at YYZ and knows what she is doing; also Paul is also very helpful.
