Seconded. In fact I would even mention this at the desk if they don't pick up the phone promptly. BTW: last time I was at YYZ I bumped into a very good BA check-in agent. He's senior and of asian looks. He was very helpful with me - nearly beyond call of duty. If I had the choice I'd pick his queue.
